Lakhan Trivedi- What I thought of Nottingham Trent University

In my opinion, Nottingham Trent University (NTU) had a good feel to it, because of the fact that the campus wasn’t overly large but wasn’t short of the necessities. I went to the open day to Clifton Campus, which is the campus mainly for Computer Science and Engineering.
The departments were quite big and the lectures which I attended gave me all the information I needed. The structure of the teaching and the courses itself looked very good because it was organised and it was shown clearly what students will be doing each semester.
In terms of accommodation, Clifton Campus had 2 accommodation buildings, Peverall and New Halls. Both of these have the choice between catered and non-catered, en-suite and not en-suite. New halls in fact supplied every room in the building with built in showers/toilets. I thought this was very good because it makes it convenient for everyone. The buildings were in good condition, I wouldn’t mind living there.
It was a convenient place to live because you have bars, restaurants, canteen, sports hall and library all there in walking distance from each accommodation.
Overall I think that NTU is a good university to be at, it is convenient for students and the buildings in which the students go for lectures, and seminars etc. are in good condition and are easily accessible.
